For a lower hold and more shine, you apply it in damp hair. In dry hair you will achieve the strongest hold when you use slightly more.
Imperial Blacktop Pomade is easy to restyle when you wet your hair again. This product provides a high hold and semi-matte finish. And your hair will look darker. It is water based, so it will rinse out effortless. This pomade is only meant for men with brown, black or grey hair.
