Return Policy & Complaints
Returning
You have the right to return products that you have ordered from us. You can use that right up to 14 days after receiving the products. It is critical that products you would like to return are not used and are in their original packaging. Products that have been used and are returned to us will not be accepted or send back.
When you would like to return a product, you can do so within 14 days after receiving. Please contact us on support@moquer.com. After our confirmation you can send your order to our return address below. The shipping costs and the risk of shipping to return your products are your own. So, please make sure the package is sufficient postage paid, otherwise we do not accept the shipment. After we received your returned product(s) in good order we will refund your payment within 14 days.

Complaints:
Although we do everything to satisfy our customers, it is possible that you have a complaint about our products or service. You can send those to us at support@moquer.com. We will answer you as soon as possible and at least within 14 days. When processing your complaint will take more than 14 days, you will be informed about that within the initial 14 days.
